This was shot in the Sierras at 8000 feet. I did not know butterflies lived in that climate. I had to chase the butterflies around for a while before I got the perfect shot.
This photo is a 242 second exposure shot up at Shaver Lake up in the Sierras and is one of my all time favorites.
This is Berry Creek falls in Big Basin, California. It's taller than it looks in the photograph.
